By using Cappy (cappy.in) you agree to these terms. They're short, so please read them.
Cappy is a study app that turns photos of your notes into quiz games. It's an early version: some features may change, pause or be removed as we improve it.
Questions, answers and explanations are written by AI. They are usually right, but sometimes they aren't. Always check important facts with your textbook or teacher, and use the "Report this question" button if something looks wrong. Cappy is a revision helper, not a replacement for your classes or official study material.
You own the photos and notes you add. You allow Cappy to process them (including sending them to our AI provider) only to make your quizzes and run the app. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We may limit or close accounts that break these rules.
Cappy is free right now. Cappy Pro is not on sale yet. If we start charging for anything, we'll show the price and terms clearly before you pay.
We work hard to keep Cappy running well, but it's provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free or improve your marks. To the extent the law allows, Cappy isn't responsible for indirect losses that come from using the app.
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we'll tell you in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
